The Marquette Choral Society serves the greater Upper Peninsula as an ambassador of symphonic choral music.

All singers with a love of the choral art are welcome!

Come Sing with Us!

Rehearsals begin Monday, January 12, at 7:00 PM on the campus of Northern Michigan University. Singers may register outside Room 250 of the Thomas Fine Arts Building during the half-hour immediately preceding the first three Monday rehearsals—no auditions required. Total fees for this semester will be $70.00 (music plus registration/participation, payable via cash, cheque, or PayPal; please indicate your “donation” is your music/registration payment, your e-mail address, and your vocal section in the notes field).

Concerts will be held on Saturday, April 25, and Sunday, April 26 at Kaufman Auditorium.

This semester we will perform W.A. Mozart’s “Krönungsmesse” (Coronation Mass), Mass No. 15 (16) in C major, K. 317, and “Vesperae solennes de confessore” (Solemn Vespers for a Confessor), K. 339.
